| 56:1 | 神阿，求你恩待我，因為人踐踏我，終日攻擊欺壓我。 Be gracious to me, O God; for man tramples me; All day long he, fighting, oppresses me. |
| 56:2 | 埋伏等候我的人，終日踐踏我，因逞驕傲攻擊我的人甚多。 Those who lie in wait for me trample me all day long, For many are those who arrogantly fight against me. |
| 56:3 | 我懼怕的時候要信靠你。我信靠神，我讚美祂的話； When I am afraid, I trust in You. |
| 56:4 | 我信靠神，必不懼怕；血肉之人能把我怎麼樣呢？ In God, whose word I praise, In God do I trust, and I will not be afraid. What can flesh do to me? |
| 56:5 | 他們終日扭曲我的話；他們一切的計謀，都是要害我。 All day long they wrest my words; All their thoughts are against me for evil. |
| 56:6 | 他們聚集，埋伏窺探我的腳蹤，等候要害我的命。 They gather themselves; they lurk; They watch my steps, As they have waited to take my life. |
| 56:7 | 他們有罪孽，還能逃脫麼？神阿，求你在怒中使眾民墜落滅亡。 Will there be deliverance for them in spite of their iniquity? In anger cast down the peoples, O God. |
| 56:8 | 我幾次流離，你都數算。求你把我的眼淚裝在你的皮袋裏。這不都記在你冊子上麼？ You have counted my wanderings. Put my tears into Your bottle. Are they not in Your book? |
| 56:9 | 我呼求的日子，我的仇敵都要轉身退後；神幫助我，這是我所知道的。 Then my enemies will turn back When I call; This I know, That God is for me. |
| 56:10 | 我信靠神，我讚美祂的話；我信靠耶和華，我讚美祂的話； In God, whose word I praise, In Jehovah, whose word I praise, |
| 56:11 | 我信靠神，必不懼怕；人能把我怎麼樣呢？ In God do I trust; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me? |
| 56:12 | 神阿，我向你所許的願在我身上；我要將感謝祭獻給你。 Your vows, O God, are on me; I will render thank offerings to You. |
| 56:13 | 因為你救了我的命脫離死亡；你確實救了我的腳不至跌倒，使我在活人的光中行在神麵前。 For You have delivered my soul from death, Indeed, my feet from stumbling, That I may walk before God In the light of the living. |
