| 120:1 | 我在急難中呼求耶和華，祂就應允我。 In my distress I called out to Jehovah, And He answered me. |
| 120:2 | 耶和華阿，求你救我脫離說謊的嘴唇，脫離詭詐的舌頭。 O Jehovah, deliver my soul from lying lips, From a tongue of deceit. |
| 120:3 | 詭詐的舌頭阿，要給你什麼呢？要拿什麼加給你呢？ What should be given to you, And what further shall be done to you, O tongue of deceit? |
| 120:4 | 就是勇士的利箭，連同羅騰木的炭火！ The sharp arrows of a mighty man, With the burning coals of the broom tree! |
| 120:5 | 我有禍了，因我寄居在米設，住在基達帳棚之中。 Woe is me, for I sojourn in Meshech, I dwell among the tents of Kedar. |
| 120:6 | 我與那恨惡和平的人，許久同住。 Long has my soul had its dwelling With him who hates peace. |
| 120:7 | 我願和平；但我發言，他們就要爭戰。 I am for peace; but when I speak, They are for war. |
