| 70:1 | 神阿，求你快快搭救我；耶和華阿，求你快快幫助我。 O God, hasten to deliver me; O Jehovah, hasten to help me. |
| 70:2 | 願那些尋索我命的，抱愧蒙羞；願那些喜悅我遭難的，退後受辱。 May those who seek my life Be put to shame and confounded; May those who take delight in my misfortune Be turned back and humiliated; |
| 70:3 | 願那些對我說，阿哈，阿哈的，因羞愧退去。 May those who say, Aha! Aha! Turn away because of their shame; |
| 70:4 | 願一切尋求你的，因你歡喜快樂；願那些愛你救恩的，常說，當尊神為大！ May all those who seek You Be glad and rejoice in You; And may those who love Your salvation Say continually, May God be magnified! |
| 70:5 | 但我是困苦窮乏的；神阿，求你速速到我這裏來。你是幫助我的，搭救我的；耶和華阿，求你不要耽延。 But I am poor and needy; O God, hasten to me. You are my help and my Deliverer; O Jehovah, do not delay. |
