| 69:1 | 神阿，求你救我；因為眾水威脅我的性命。 Save me, O God; for the waters Threaten my life. |
| 69:2 | 我陷在深淤泥中，沒有立腳之地；我到了深水中，洪水漫過我身。 I sink in deep mire, And there is no place to stand; I have come to the depths of water, And the flood flows over me. |
| 69:3 | 我因呼求困乏，喉嚨發幹；我因等候我的神，眼睛失明。 I am weary of my crying; My throat is parched; My eyes fail While I wait for my God. |
| 69:4 | 無故恨我的，比我頭發還多；無理與我為仇，要把我除滅的，極為強盛；我沒有搶奪的，竟要我償還。 More numerous than the hairs of my head Are those who hate me without cause; Mighty are those who would destroy me, Those who are wrongly my enemies. What I did not steal, I must then restore. |
| 69:5 | 神阿，我的愚昧你原知道；我的罪愆不能向你隱瞞。 O God, You know my foolishness, And my sins of guilt are not hidden from You. |
| 69:6 | 萬軍的主耶和華阿，求你叫那等候你的，不要因我蒙羞；以色列的神阿，求你叫那尋求你的，不要因我受辱。 Do not let those who wait on You be put to shame because of me, O Lord Jehovah of hosts; Do not let those who seek You be humiliated because of me, O God of Israel. |
| 69:7 | 因我為你的緣故擔受了辱罵，滿麵羞愧。 Because for Your sake I have borne reproach; Humiliation has covered my face. |
| 69:8 | 我的兄弟看我是外路人；我母親的兒子看我是外邦人。 I have become a stranger to my brothers, And a foreigner to my mother's children. |
| 69:9 | 因我為你的家，心裏焦急，如同火燒；並且辱罵你之人的辱罵，都落在我身上。 For the zeal of Your house has devoured me, And the reproaches of those who reproach You have fallen on me. |
| 69:10 | 我哭泣，以禁食刻苦我魂，這倒成了我的羞辱。 When I wept, when my soul was in fasting, That became a reproach to me. |
| 69:11 | 我拿麻布當衣裳，就成了他們的笑談。 When I made sackcloth my clothing, I became a proverb to them. |
| 69:12 | 坐在城門口的談論我，酒徒也以我為歌曲。 Those who sit in the gate talk about me, And I am the mocking song of those who drink liquor. |
| 69:13 | 但耶和華阿，我在悅納的時候，向你禱告；神阿，求你按你豐盛的慈愛，憑你拯救的信實，應允我。 But as for me, my prayer is to You, O Jehovah, in an acceptable time; O God, in the abundance of Your lovingkindness answer me, In the faithfulness of Your salvation. |
| 69:14 | 求你救我出離淤泥，不讓我沉陷下去；求你救我脫離那些恨我的人，救我出離深水。 Deliver me out of the mire, and let me not sink; May I be delivered from those who hate me, And out of the depths of water. |
| 69:15 | 求你不讓洪水漫過我，不讓深淵吞滅我，不讓坑坎在我以上合口。 Do not let the flood of water flow over me, Nor let the deep swallow me, Nor let the pit close its mouth over me. |
| 69:16 | 耶和華阿，求你應允我，因為你的慈愛本為美好；求你按你豐盛的憐恤，回轉眷顧我。 Answer me, O Jehovah; for Your lovingkindness is good; According to the abundance of Your compassions turn to me. |
| 69:17 | 不要向你的仆人掩麵，因我是在急難之中；求你速速的應允我。 And do not hide Your face from Your servant, For I am in distress; hurry and answer me. |
| 69:18 | 求你親近我，救贖我；求你因我的仇敵把我贖回。 Draw near to my soul; redeem it; Ransom me because of my enemies. |
| 69:19 | 你知道我受的辱罵、欺淩、羞辱；我的敵人都在你麵前。 You know my reproach And my shame and my humiliation; All my adversaries are before You. |
| 69:20 | 辱罵傷破了我的心，我又憂愁難過；我指望有人體恤，卻沒有一個；我指望有人安慰，卻找不著一個。 Reproach has broken my heart, And I am sick; I looked for pity, but there was none; And for comforters, but I found none. |
| 69:21 | 他們拿苦膽給我當食物；我渴了，他們拿醋給我喝。 But they gave me gall for my food, And for my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink. |
| 69:22 | 願他們的筵席，在他們麵前變為網羅，在他們平安的時候，變為陷阱。 May their table become a snare before them And a trap when they are at peace. |
| 69:23 | 願他們的眼睛昏蒙，不能看見；願你使他們的腰常常戰抖。 May their eyes be darkened so that they cannot see; And make their loins shake continually. |
| 69:24 | 求你將你的惱恨，倒在他們身上；願你的烈怒，追上他們。 Pour out Your indignation upon them; And may the burning fierceness of Your anger overtake them. |
| 69:25 | 願他們的營寨，變為荒涼；願他們的帳棚，無人居住。 May their camp be desolate; May there be no one to dwell in their tents. |
| 69:26 | 因為他們逼迫你所擊打的人，數說你所擊傷之人的傷痛。 For they persecute him whom You have stricken, And they recount the pain of those whom You have wounded. |
| 69:27 | 求你在他們的罪孽上加罪孽，不要讓他們進入你的義。 Add iniquity to their iniquity, And do not let them come into Your righteousness. |
| 69:28 | 願他們從生命冊上被塗抹，不得與義人一同登錄。 May they be blotted out of the book of life, And may they not be written with the righteous. |
| 69:29 | 但我是困苦傷痛的；神阿，願你的救恩將我安置在高處。 But I am poor and pained; May Your salvation, O God, set me on high. |
| 69:30 | 我要以詩歌讚美神的名，以感謝尊祂為大； I will praise the name of God with a song And will magnify Him with thanksgiving; |
| 69:31 | 這便叫耶和華看為美，勝似獻牛，或是獻有角有蹄的公牛。 And it will be better to Jehovah than an ox Or a bull with horns and hooves. |
| 69:32 | 溫柔的人看見了，就喜樂。尋求神的人，願你們的心蘇醒。 The meek have seen it; they rejoice. You who seek God, let your heart revive. |
| 69:33 | 因為耶和華垂聽了窮乏人，不藐視屬祂被囚的人。 For Jehovah listens to the needy, And He does not despise His prisoners. |
| 69:34 | 願天和地，洋海和其中一切的動物，都讚美祂。 Let the heavens and the earth praise Him, The seas and everything that moves in them. |
| 69:35 | 因為神要拯救錫安，建造猶大的城邑；祂的民要在那裏居住，得以為業。 For God will save Zion And build the cities of Judah; And they will abide there and possess it. |
| 69:36 | 祂仆人的後裔要承受為業，愛祂名的人也要住在其中。 And the seed of His servants will inherit it, And those who love His name will dwell in it. |
