| 79:1 | 神阿，外邦人進入你的產業，汙穢你的聖殿，使耶路撒冷變成了荒堆。 O God, the nations have come into Your inheritance; They have defiled Your holy temple; They have turned Jerusalem into heaps. |
| 79:2 | 他們把你仆人的屍首，交與天空的飛鳥為食，把你聖民的肉，交與地上的野獸； They have given the dead bodies of Your servants As food for the birds of heaven, The flesh of Your saints to the animals of the earth. |
| 79:3 | 在耶路撒冷周圍流他們的血如水，無人葬埋。 They have poured out their blood like water around Jerusalem, And there was no one to bury them. |
| 79:4 | 我們成為鄰國所羞辱的，成為我們四圍人所嗤笑譏刺的。 We have become a reproach to our neighbors, A mocking and a derision to those around us. |
| 79:5 | 耶和華阿，這要到幾時呢？你要動怒到永遠麼？你的妒忌要如火焚燒麼？ How long, O Jehovah? Will You be angry forever? Will Your jealousy burn like fire? |
| 79:6 | 願你將你的忿怒倒在那不認識你的外邦，和那不呼求你名的國度。 Pour out Your wrath upon the nations Who do not know You, And upon the kingdoms Who do not call upon Your name. |
| 79:7 | 因為他們侵吞了雅各，使他的住處變為荒涼。 For they have devoured Jacob And have desolated his habitation. |
| 79:8 | 求你不要記念我們先祖的罪孽，向我們追討；願你的憐恤快快迎著我們，因為我們落到極卑微的地步。 Do not remember against us the iniquities of our forefathers; May Your compassions quickly meet us, For we have been brought very low. |
| 79:9 | 拯救我們的神阿，求你因你名的榮耀，幫助我們；為你名的緣故，搭救我們，遮蓋我們的罪。 Help us, O God of our salvation, For the glory of Your name; And deliver us and expiate our sins, For Your name's sake. |
| 79:10 | 為何容外邦人說，他們的神在那裏呢？願你使我們親眼看見，外邦人得知你伸了你仆人流血的冤。 Why should the nations say, Where is their God? May the avenging of the blood of Your servants, which has been poured out, Be known among the nations in our sight. |
| 79:11 | 願被囚之人的歎息，達到你麵前。願你按你的大能力，使那些命定要死的人得以存活。 May the sighing of the prisoner come before You. According to the greatness of Your power preserve those appointed to die, |
| 79:12 | 主阿，願你將我們鄰國所羞辱你的羞辱，七倍歸還到他們懷中。 And render to our neighbors sevenfold into their bosom Their reproach, with which they have reproached You, O Lord. |
| 79:13 | 我們，就是你的民並你草場的羊，要稱謝你，直到永遠；我們要述說讚美你的話，直到萬代。 And we, Your people and the sheep of Your pasture, Will give You thanks forever; From generation to generation we will tell out Your praise. |
